Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has urged Kenyans and political leaders to focus on national development instead of engaging in early campaigns ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Speaking while defending the government’s long-term development agenda, Kindiki said the proposed Vision 2060 blueprint is intended to guide Kenya’s economic transformation beyond Vision 2030.
Kindiki also accused some opposition leaders of promoting divisive politics instead of presenting alternative development policies.
” We remain committed to implementing projects aimed at improving livelihoods and expanding economic opportunities across the country, even as political competition begins to intensify,” said Kindiki .
