Zendaya Turns Martial Arts Into High Fashion
Hollywood star Zendaya is proving that fashion campaigns no longer need to play it safe, as she steps into a bold, martial arts-inspired look for luxury fashion brand On , blending athletic influence with high-end style.
The actress features in the brand’s latest campaign wearing a striking snakeskin-patterned outfit, complete with a fitted long-sleeved top and matching trousers. The look draws on the discipline and movement associated with martial arts while maintaining the edgy aesthetic of a contemporary fashion shoot.

The campaign marks the second collection co-created by Zendaya and Swiss sportswear brand On, developed alongside her longtime stylist and creative collaborator Law Roach. Rather than relying on conventional product shots, the campaign uses an action film inspired short directed by the Argentine filmmaking trio Pantera, featuring choreographed combat and a dramatic chase.
The collection combines oversized sweatshirts and sweatpants with technical fabrics and distinctive design details. Its standout pieces include python-print tops and an anorak, alongside the Cloudnova Moon sneaker, which features a Mary Jane-inspired silhouette.
Zendaya said the python print was intended to function like modern camouflage, while Roach said the collection brings their personalities and love of prints into performance-oriented clothing.
The collection launched on October 1, 2026, and is available through On’s website and retail stores globally. Special in-store experiences were also planned for Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo and Chengdu.
With the campaign blending fashion, athletic wear and cinematic action, Zendaya and On are pushing the boundaries of traditional sportswear advertising, presenting clothing not just as something to wear, but as part of a story built around movement and self-expression.
