Ebola Patient Dies in Kenya
Kenya has confirmed its first Ebola case after a Kenyan citizen who had travelled from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) through Uganda died in Nairobi.
Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale said the patient arrived in Kenya on October 3 after reportedly being unwell for about a month.

He was later taken to Nairobi Hospital, where doctors suspected a viral haemorrhagic disease and isolated him for testing.
Tests confirmed the strain of Ebola. Despite receiving medical care, the patient died on Monday night.
The Ministry of Health has begun tracing people who may have had contact with the patient.
So far, 28 contacts, including relatives and healthcare workers, have been identified.
Authorities have urged Kenyans to remain calm, observe good hygiene and seek medical attention if they develop symptoms after possible exposure.
The government says surveillance and response measures have been strengthened to prevent further transmission.
